As we continue to grow, we're excited to expand our team. We're currently welcoming applications for positions on our Customer Support team. Breeze Advisors help churches succeed by offering phenomenal training, support, and best practice recommendations to churches as well as assisting prospective churches in deciding if Breeze is right for them.

This is a remote position which means it typically works really well for church workers who have extra time in their schedules, wouldn’t mind a little extra income, and above all have a passion to help and serve other churches around the world.

Day-to-Day Worklife:

Breeze Advisors offer front-lines contact center support for Breeze Software. The work is best compared with a live call center--fast-paced, customer-focused, problem solving.

  • Help churches who are currently using Breeze by answering questions via live phone calls, voicemail callbacks, social posts, and emails (this job requires quite a bit of talking, for up to 7 hours a shift)
  • Help churches who are currently looking into Breeze decide if it’s the right fit for their church
  • Work remotely from wherever you’re at in the USA (assuming a noise-controlled, distraction-free environment)

  • Ridiculously social, energetic, and phenomenal at both email and phone communication (introverts and extroverts welcome)
  • Work well in a high-feedback (vertically, both directions, team lead to you and you to team lead, and horizontally to peers) culture.   • Willing to put team needs above individual needs--lacks ego

DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE

  • Have contact center customer service experience
  • Have experience using Breeze or another Church Management System
  • Have remote work experience
  • Experience with Breeze Support's technology stack (e.g., Zendesk, Slack, Zoom, Humanity, Jing/Snagit)
  • 2+ year(s) of support experience in a technology environment comparable to Breeze:
    -Ability to clearly articulate complex thoughts in any situation, from having a technical discussion with a web developer to working with a non-technical user
    -Ability to manage time and prioritize efficiently
    -Ability to create ‘How To’ videos, knowledge base articles, application walk-throughs, or other similar content

Requirements:

AVAILABILITY

  • Available for at least 25 hours a week in a variety of shift options including 6, 8, or 10 hours between the hours of 8am – 6:30pm ET (Mon – Fri)

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

1+ year(s) of academic or technical experience with:

  • Desktop and mobile operating systems
  • All major browsers and versions
  • Common web protocols and technologies such as HTTP, FTP, email deliverability; and network connectivity

OFFICE

  • Have reliable access to an appropriate work location where you can take telephone & video calls and record high-quality video & audio without interruption, distraction, or background noise
  • Have a strong, stable broadband internet connection that can handle simultaneous Voice Over Internet Protocol (VOIP) calls, streaming video, and comparable high-bandwidth applications (typically, 10 Mbps download / 1.5 Mbps upload at a minimum)

Benefits:

  • $15/hr during 3-month Training Phase, then $16/hr
