One of the most appreciated services we're able to offer churches who sign up to use Breeze is a free import service, taking their data from a previous source (such as an alternate church management system or Excel files) and importing that data into their Breeze account so they can hit the ground running.

As we continue to grow we're looking to add another member to our team who can help churches have a great experience by working with them to import their data and get them moved in smoothly.

We're a remote team, spread out across the country, which means this is an ideal position for someone who already has part time work and is looking to pick up some additional hours but does not wish to relocate.

Here's an overview of this position:

Primary Responsibilities: Helping churches who sign up for Breeze by exporting their data from a previous source and importing that data into their Breeze account.

Requirements: There's a few key skills we're looking for in this additional team member:

  • Ability to write scripts that will parse spreadsheets.  Knowledge of at least one scripting language to do this will be essential (PHP, VB Script, Python, Ruby, etc.)
  • Amazing communication skills by email and phone to provide quick, clear, and courteous interactions.
  • While most of the work can be done at any time of day (e.g. late nights, weekends, etc), applicant must have some hours available between 9am - 5pm EST to connect with churches, helping them export their data.
  • Ability to work on a team, laugh, have fun, and be passionate about what you do.

Location: Your home, apartment, local coffee shop, or wherever you work best (i.e. remote)

Hours: 15 - 25 hours per week

Type: This is a contract position.

Compensation: The knowledge that you're helping churches have a great experience getting moved into Breeze.  Plus $15/hour :)

Equipment Needed: Computer and Android or iOS smartphone.
