Forms for Events, Archive Forms & More
We're excited to announce three new updates for "Forms" to serve your church even better.
1. Form entries will automatically match to their corresponding profile
When someone responds to a form, we'll now automatically attempt to match that entry up with an existing profile within Breeze so you don't have to do this manually.
If Breeze is unable to find a match, you can still connect the person manually. For more information, see this in our documentation.
2. Your event check in list can be pulled directly from the people who responded to a form
When specifying who shows up on your event check in list, you can now specify people who have filled out a specific form (or forms).
You could then, for instance, create a form titled "VBS Registration" and connect it to your VBS event so that everyone who filled out the form would be listed on the check in page. As entries are now automatically connected to their corresponding profile (number 1 above), this creates some powerful automation. For more information, see this in our documentation.
3. Ability to archive old forms
You may have an old form that's no longer being used but you don't want to delete it because either:
You're now able to archive those old forms so they aren't taking up valuable real estate within your site, but you can always access them and restore them if needed.
For more information, see this in our documentation.
Will this help you? See any room for forms to be even more awesome? We'd love your feedback in the comments below.
We'd love to show you what we built!
