Schedule an Email to Send Later
Have you ever wanted to compose an email now but not actually have it be sent until tomorrow, next week, or next month? Our work schedules don't always line up with the times we want something to be delivered. For instance, you might want to email potential attendees a reminder the day before an event, but you aren't scheduled to work that day. Or you might be thinking about emailing the elders a note about the next elder meeting but that isn't until next month.
We've recently updated Breeze to allow emails to be scheduled to automatically send in the future, making it possible to queue up any number of emails so that they can automatically be sent out at the desired time.
When composing an email, you'll have a new option just to the right of the "Send" button that allows you to specify a future send date.
You can also view and remove scheduled emails within your account's history page. For more details, check out our documentation on scheduled emails.
We hope this allows you to work even more efficiently by allowing you to plan and schedule communications when you're naturally working and have Breeze take care of the rest. Enjoy!
p.s. In the next couple of weeks we plan to release the same functionality for text messages. We'll be sure to post an update to our blog when we do.
We'd love to show you what we built!
