Update: End of Year Contribution Updates
With only a few hours left in 2014, end of year contribution statements and reports are features many will be looking to. Over the past few weeks we've been working hard behind the scenes to add even more functionality to tasks related to the end of the year. We've compiled both the new features and the most commonly used features below for quick access.
Printing Statements for Donors
One of the most common tasks at year end is to provide donors with their giving statements. Breeze allows you to generate these giving statements for an individual, a select group of contributions, or everyone who has donated throughout the year. Emailing Statements for Donors
Would you like to also email donors their statements? We've just released the ability to do exactly that. Statements can be emailed to individuals or all donors. View more information on emailing statements for donors.
Printing Mailing Labels for Donors
After printing statements, you'll need a way to get the statements to the donors. If you'd like to print mailing labels just for those who donated, you can do so. View more information on printing mailing labels for donors.
Search Donors by Sum Given
Want to search for total amount given by an individual or a family throughout the year? We've added on to the contribution search filter so that users can search for the sum of gifts rather than just individual gift amounts. View more information on searching for contributions.
Email, Text, and Export Donors
Looking for a way to communicate with everyone who gave this year? Want to export a list of donors? You can interact with donors matching a given criteria with the standard actions available for any list of people. View more information on emailing, texting, and exporting donors.
What's Next?
We deeply value your feedback and are constantly listening to what churches have to say. That said we've gotten consistent feedback of churches interested in storing pledges within Breeze. Pledges then is the next update we plan to roll out.

We switched from a major, web-based ChMS to Breeze and our decision is confirmed every day. We are a medium size church and we use Breeze for contributions, member management, event checkin and a few other applications custom to our church. I had trouble getting any staff to use our previous ChMS but almost all staff are using Breeze. The product is very well designed, extremely easy to learn and use and customer service is incredible.
Breeze has opened the communication highway for our congregation and staff, with very little training.
