What We've Been Working On Lately

At Breeze we're constantly working to make things simpler, more powerful, and more productive for your church.

While most weeks we have multiple updates that we release, we tend to only share the big ones so as to not overwhelm your email inbox. Many of the more minor updates are important though and we wanted to take a moment to share a more complete list of what we've been working on lately.

Hide Sensitive Data for Specific People

Specific information for individuals can now be hidden. More details here.

Do Not Email & Do Not Text Settings

Specify if a person should not receive group texts or emails. More details here.

Faster Check In

For churches that use check in to print name tags, we've improved the speed so that people can receive their printed label faster.

Funds and Methods Grouped by Time

When searching contributions grouped by sum by time, funds and methods also show up as grouped.

ACH Gifts Show Up Immediately

ACH gifts show up immediately in the search history.

Statements Full Screen

Giving statements can now be edited in full screen mode.

Emailed Statements Support Excluding Children

Children can now optionally be excluded when emailing contribution statements.

Error Tracking

Improved our error tracking to more quickly and reliably catch and fix issues that arise.

Delete Profile Pictures

Profile pictures can now be deleted.

Updated Check Scanner

Our check scanning algorithm can now handle more check formats.

Tags and Folders can be Moved More Easily

Made it easier to move tags and folders by making the whole name draggable (instead of just the icon).

Increased Speed of Archived People

Increased speed of loading and filtering archived people.

Started Logging "Archive People" Actions in the Account Log

You can now see "Archive People" events in the account log.

Increased Speed of Online Giving Details

Increased speed of loading online giving details.

Warnings when Deleting Data-Containing Form Fields

Users are warned when they attempt to delete a form field that contains collected responses, helping prevent users from accidentally deleting collected data.

Warnings when Bulk Assigning to a Tag Folder

Helps prevent users from accidentally bulk assigning/unassigning to a folder of tags.

ACH Fixes

Fixed a bug related to alerts when ACH gifts would fail.

Speed Improvements

Added a cacheing layer for site-wide speed improvements.

Stripe Policy Updates

Stripe (the payment processor Breeze uses) updated their policies (this does not result in a rate or fee change). Here is the updated Stripe Connect Platform Agreement and the updated Stripe Connected Account Agreement.
